The hotel was nice with a bar and large fireplace. The food was great. The room was big and roomy with a balcony, but there is a noisy road right by the hotel. We were in room 502. Top floor. Pictures show a serene lawn and trees but no comments about traffic noise. Also had high ceiling with windows that do not keep the light out. Bedding was extremely lightweight for winter. Bed was comfortable.

Great property and my grandson is learning to swim because of him enjoying the indoor pool! Though the breakfast buffet looked and smelled great, without the list of everything in the cooked items, those of us with allergies can't eat them. There's also plenty of fake coffee cream, but no proper half and half or whole milk, as again, there are additives from the processing of all other real milk products.
