We have stayed here a couple of years in a row to artend concerts at Climate Pledge Arena. Very easy walk to the venue with several good restaurants nearby. The suites are very nice and offer great amenities.

We were assigned a room that was marked as clean, but very much was not clean. Went back to the front desk, apologetic and assigned us a clean room.

We had a room on the first floor that was really loud. We never got our room cleaned in a 3 night stay. When we did ask about the room being cleaned they sent a guy with a garbage bag and towels. We had to load up all the garbage and then set it outside. At about 9am on our departure date a lady from the cleaning crew came to our room and told us to get out. Check out is at 12. It was not a pleasant stay.
