On the evening of the 12th I booked a room for the 17th. When I went to confirm the booking on the 13th, me Expedia app did the room had been booked for the 12th. I have been trying for several hours to get Expedia to look at this but am still no further along than I was several hours ago. This is an Expedia problem NOT the hotel’s

The room was very simple, with just the basics, and it faced the street, which was fine. However, the bathroom didn't have an extractor fan to filter out odors and steam from the shower, so everything mixed together in the room. And it didn't have a bathtub.

We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation. The hotel looked so ghetto. Never experienced something like this at all. Soon as you enter in the hotel upto the parking then hallways going to the room. The sunk faucet wasnt even working. Never again! We will definitely not be going back to this place.

There was nothing about construction happening until it was too late to cancel. The floor I was on embarking I paid extra for parking and there was no parking available to me. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. One helped me find a sketchy parking spot that wasn’t a parking spot but made it work for me.

Upon arriving at our hotel, we were unable to access the lobby through the front door due to renovations. Unfortunately, we had not received any information about these renovations beforehand (at least I couldn't find it in my email). The entire front entrance was blocked off, which made access to parking from that side of the street impossible, as a large dump truck was obstructing the pathway to the parking garage. While I believe access was available from the other side of the building, I wasn't entirely sure. We ultimately had to enter through a side door. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect of our stay. The receptionist did inform us about the renovations throughout the hotel, but we were not prepared for how extensive they were. The hotel elevator had a strong smell of marijuana, and once we reached our floor, we encountered plastic flooring that extended all the way to our room and beyond, with various doors taped off or covered in plastic. This made us feel a bit uneasy. Our room itself was nice and clean, with no significant issues. One note: the sink by the small wet bar was not working, but the sink in the bathroom was functional. Overall, I'm sure once renovations are complete the experience will be better. But the hotel should maybe communicate the amount of renovations taking place and reflect it in the price

The desk clERK WAS VERY NICE. THE ROOM WAS NEAT CLEAN WELL APPO I NTED. MYCOMPLAINT IS THE TOILET!!! THE BATHROOM HAS BEEN REDONE AND LOOKSNICE BUT YOU LEAVE THE KINDERGARTEN HEIGHT TOILET. IF I WERE A CHILD THE HEIGHT WOULD BE FINE BUT I AM OLDER ABD NEED A TOILET I CAN GET UP AND DOWN TOO. 15 INCHES IS GREAT EVEN A 12 GET THE KIDDY TOILETS OUT. SURE MIRE OLDERPEOPLE USE THEM THE CHILDREN.

The girl at the front desk forgot to tell me how to access the parking garage as there is dumpster blocking the alley. After some hair pulling, I went back to ask and was instructed that she forgot to tell me how to access the garage. Big bummer. Overall the stay was great and I would stay there again.

The construction noise was not terrible, however, many of the doors did not have locks on them in addition to the key card lock. Also, location is not the greatest, especially at night. Room was very clean however. Once the construction is over, I think the experience will be even better.
