The rooms and hotel had a great art deco feel to everything, with a great view of the cityscape. There was a lounge happy hour with free snacks and pay-per-drink alcohol. The lounge breakfast was pleasant, with eggs, bacon, sausage links, blintzes, oatmeal with topping choices, yogurt, toast options, fresh fruit, cereal, and a selection of juices and coffee. We didn't bring any umbrellas for the trip, and when it started to rain as we left for our concert, we were able to get loaner umbrellas from the front desk; so convenient!

Clean room and nice location very convenient if you want yo stroll around the city without a car. All the staff are nice except one girl at the front desk she's quite a snob and doesn't even look at me when I came in and check out she was "yeah you're all good" she's the one who sits on the left side facing the elevator last and Tuesday morning. It's kinda disappointing beacuse everyone is very friendly except her.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast from the executive lounge had a fairly small selection of options but we found this tasty and more than adequate. Fitness centre was good and accessible 24 hours. The hotel is in a great location a short walk to pike place market. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here the day before our alaskan cruise. Things that we love about this place is its conveniently located in the center, close to shops, walking distance to pike place, train stations. We ddnt try the breakfast or other amenities since we only stayed one day but hotel looks very nice and private.

This hotel was in the perfect location! The room was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. I was concerned about cleanliness, however. In the mornings when the windows fogged you could see sweaty handprints all over the window. We were also concerned to find that they didn't swap out our glasses or ice bucket liner the first day, and on the second day they did, but one of the glasses had dark lipstick on it. Neither my husband nor myself wear lipstick! It was also super obvious and facing outward, so it made us worry about what else wasn't clean... Also, while the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the restaurant was painfully slow. 25 min to take our order with only 3 tables full and another 25 minutes to get our food! With so many fabulous restaurants within walking distance, don't bother with the hotel restaurant.
