Pool heating pump was not in operation. We chose this hotel for the only reason that we wanted to have some pool time. Highly disappointed. Breakfast was good though.

Pool was closed, hot tub was closed, fitness room was only open for 6 hours in the morning. No restaurant near by, no bar near by. No netflix, prime tv or any option besides 60 bad channels. We left and forfeited our money 30 mins after getting there.

Awesome hotel! Great location to Redmond, great breakfast, cookies every night at 6, fun free dinner nights on tuesdays with free beer. Great hotel and would def recommend to a friend.

The room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good and loved the no charge parking. It is not a walkable neighborhood. There are sidewalks but no neighborhoods. The hotel is in a business area with Home Depot, Target, etc close by.

Staff was very friendly. Room was mostly cleaned, but putting towels on a shelf 6-feet off the ground in an "accessible" room wasn't ideal. Room also had mold growing in spots on the shower and shower head. Shower water temperature never got above "warm". Lots of kids running around the halls yelling at 11pm. This place is not worth the Redmond price.

Decent stay, breakfast could use some improvement.

Terry at the front desk was friendly and professional. Room was clean, AC was okay, did not stay on. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic. There were no eggs at 8:30am. Made waffles and black coffee. I was hoping they would offer milk alternatives. Bananas were green.
