There was a line when we went to check in that took forever. The staff was very calm though and she handled it like a champ. We got in our room and there was urine in the toilet!!!! That is just disgusting. We didnt complain i just dont. The remote was broken again didnt say a word. We werent there long

The suite has two couches in the living room and one of them had a back pillow completely ripped out of the cover. Very strange that they just left it like that to look terrible. Bathroom sink was slow but they did send someone who fixed it. Otherwise the room appeared clean, nice size suites.

Hotel was very nice. The room was very nice. The employees were very nice service was very quick and down point. The only negative was the showerhead in the bathroom, which was supposed to be adjustable and was not. Therefore the water floated out at the fastest and highest pressure. Otherwise everything great.

The pool hours from 10pm-6am was really nice. But The hot tub was not very warm and looked like it needed cleaned which was very disappointing, the jets were not very good either. We also had a accessible room and the sliding door to go into the bedroom was very very hard to open and close
