Nice neighbourhood and within walking distance to downtown. Friendly staff. The room was spacious, super clean, and functional. There were many details that added to a comfortable stay—the well-designed foyer area, the night light in the washroom, and the personal sofa and side table. I love that it’s modern yet homey. A great choice for a solo traveller.

Room was spacious and overall in good and clean condition. Breakfast was good as it provided various options including eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, cereal, etc. The location of the hotel is central and near attractions like the space needle and downtown. Paid parking was avaolable on site and had elevator access making it convenient for quick in and out car access.

First off I didn't ask for handicap room. The shower worked and didn't work. it was a holiday weekend, so I waited till checking out to notify the desk. The phone kept ringing but no one on line and the alarm clock went off at 6am. I unplugged both. I told desk, he said that wasn't good with a laugh. Parking price was high and food offer was not that great. I was very disappointed with my stay in a high priced downtown hotel. I sometimes think that's how Hotel.com gets treated.

Staff is incompetent and they do not want to communicate with guest. They only say NO ENGLISH. Do not bother trying to request anything. They can’t accommodate that. Suite is great. 4th floor with Space needle view on the balcony. Modern and roomy. $30 Parking is very secured. Breakfast is normal.
