The hotel staff were wonderful, but the restaurant staff connected to the hotel were terrible. The inside of the hotel was beautiful, but outside was gross. I wasn’t a huge fan of the food menu or the Alfredo pasta that I room serviced, it tasted like it was heated up in a microwave but cost $60. The room was okay & had a great view with a wonderful bed, but the room could have been cleaned better. All in all staying here in my opinion was overpriced & I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time I visit Seattle.

The view from the room was great in the bay view room. I was expecting a bath tub based off the pictures, so I brought a bath bomb to have a relaxing night in. However, the bathroom only had a shower. The hotel was nice and location was great though! I appreciated the small amenities that some hotels no longer provide like a shower cap. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Staff was friendly. Not the cleanest room, had crumbs on bedside table. Handles on fixtures on cabinets were not clean and collecting dust. I have stayed at $80 hotels that had better bed linens. Plastic type. Was close to things to do. For the money I would stay elsewhere. Stayed at other Hyatt hotels that were much better. Bathroom was clean I guess that is where they spent their time cleaning. Bay view was a disappointment.
