The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was clean and had everything you could need. (Except an iron but I’m sure the excellent hosts would arrange one if you needed it) Seattle is an expensive city so this is a great price. Some reviews have mentioned homeless people but I can assure you if you walk one block from the four seasons you are going to see homeless people in Seattle. It’s a city and they all have their issues just be street smart and you will be fine. The entrance to the apartment is on 3028 3rd Ave right across the street from Shawn Kemp’s Dispensary not on Denny Way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was in Seattle it is walkable to everything and it was easy to get an uber to the cruise port. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This is a great little place! It’s nicely set up, it’s in an excellent location for the Space Needle and MoPop, and the monorail gets you downtown in three minutes. The host was helpful, accommodating, and communicated well. Full marks right across the board, I would 100% stay here again.

The room was cute, clean, and well-kept. Another small table or counter space of some kind would have been nice, but the property was fine. The address was incorrect and the correct door into the property was difficult to find. The water pressure was decent, but the shower head could use an upgrade. Overall it was a good experience.

Schönen geräumiges Studio

Schönes, sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Studio in der Nähe von Space Needle und vieler weiterer Attraktionen. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten Downtown wie Pike Market sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
