Step into a bright cozy studio apartment. Relax in the gated front court yard. Kick back, hang out, and watch your favorite TV shows in nubuck leather recliner or love seat recliner.

This studio has easy transit options, 1 block from Transit Route E Line, 3 blocks from Transit Route 5 - an easy ride to downtown, Seattle Center and the space needle, and Fremont. Both the E LIne and Route 5 have all day and nightly runs till late. It is easily accessible from Interstate 5 coming from the North or the South.

This studio is in the middle of three great Seattle neighborhoods, Phinney Ridge to the west and south; Greenwood to the west an north; Greenlake to the east. Enjoy walking the 2.9 mile paved path around Greenlake. Once on the other side of Greenlake, stop off at the many shops and restaurants on the east side of the lake. Head west to Greenwood Avenue and enjoy many restaurants, bakeries, pubs, grocery stores, and shopping going north or south. This studio is also 12 short blocks to Woodland Park Zoo.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the heat/AC, Close the windows and lock the door upon exit
Only take out trash on Monday morning at 7:00 am. Access is out the side gate (right of the french door when facing the street), back of the house, go through combination gate, combination is 0750.
Trash - I have 3 bins in the alley. The bins are behind my shed. Green compost, Blue recycle, Brown everything else. Freeze your foods, then, throw frozen food in compost. Trash cans under sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is the perfect place for a solo or couple. In a nice neighborhood with easy parking. Easy walk to Greenlake, which we enjoyed every day. It is a studio, but a very comfortable size with a kitchen, eating area, bed, and living area.

Excellent location! I could walk to great food and markets and get a run in at Green Lake. Parking was available right in front of the house. The patio was private and a nice touch. The studio is adorable and has everything one could need for a short stay or a longer stay. The added bonus of having a washer and dryer was appreciated and the bed was comfortable. We will stay again!

Lovely place - the bed was very comfortable with two people sleeping in it. Melissa was very communicative and accommodating and we appreciated everything she did for us. Seemed to be what we needed in the kitchen and the little yard was lovely to sit in! Couple things to be aware of but they did not detract from the stay in any way - there is no bathroom fan (or we couldn’t find one?!), and if you use the heat it’s a little loud when it cuts in an out (and that was only an issue for me at night cause I’m a light sleeper!) Not sure if we’ll ever be back to Seattle, but if we are then we would definitely stay here again!

Well equipped & good location

This place was the perfect place for our stay! It was super well equipped, and in a cute quiet neighbourhood with local cafes and restaurants 5-10min walkjng distance. Easy bus to downtown too! Would stay here again:)
