We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was perfect for our trip. The hotel has a nice charm and the room size was fantastic...much bigger than a standard hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice fully updated antique Hotel in a very convenient walking area in Seattle. Like most downtown hotels parking is off site but just a block away.

Truly was a charming great (brief / just overnight) stay. Love the Pioneer Sq area of Seattle - charming and close to Amtrak and downtown features. My room was compact (but not too small), with all amenities. I did suggest to the front desk person that a grab bar in shower would be good idea and he cheerfully took the suggestion. But if that was the only idea I had for improvement (I used to run a bed and breakfast), we're in great shape. All three staff I encountered were cheerful, responsive, and helpful. The continental breakfast was fine and the lady in charge was welcoming and bustling around helping at 6:30 AM. I have this hotel in my list now as great place for repeat visits to Seattle.

Old but good

Great location to the ferry terminal and Pioneer Square station. Property is old but been maintained well. Small room and slow elevator. Staff is very friendly.
