I found it easy to find, front staff was incredible and friendly, parking great, access to t-mobile park was only 20 minutes away. Overall we were super satisfied with this motel.

We stayed here for a concert it was the perfect location… easy access to downtown with transit ..it’s quite safe being gated . Will definitely return for our next visit.we would referr our friends and it’s very reasonably priced.

Parking was secure. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it is in a bit of dodgy area, we as 4 females travelling, all felt safe. The staff are also extremely approachable. The room was clean, and pretty quiet, with great blackout curtains, and comfortable beds. Would happily recommend this motel.

Loved the place. Neighborhood sketchy but they had a gated parking lot which made us feel safe and secure! Room was great, beds comfy, heater worked with a constant fan mode which we loved

This place is a hidden gem in a not so great part of Seattle. That being said the property was gated well lit and felt very safe. Our room was spotless, updated, and the bed pretty comfortable. Staff were friendly and the room was quiet. There is plenty of dining options close which was nice. I would stay here again because of the price and the above mentioned qualities.

This place is a great little secret. I was concerned when I first booked it and concern. My first approached this property. The neighborhood is mediocre, but the ownership of this property has gone to beyond acceptable accommodations to provide a safe and comfortable hotel experience. There are no bells and whistles. It’s just a simple comfortable and friendly hotel. I will be staying here every time I come to the Seattle area. This will be my go to place.
