We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn't have been better for restaurants, bakeries and all that Ballard has to offer. We especially loved Single Hill Commons and Cloudy Cafe, just a block away. Ristorante Picolinos was incredible and also a short walk down the street. The hosts truly put comfort first in this rental, even adding blackout blinds and a cozy heater in one of the bedrooms. Communication was great we'll definitely check for availability next time we're in Seattle! Thank you!

The apartment was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay! Very nicely decorated, plenty of towels and towels etc. The most beautiful view at night from the loft. The fireplace in the master was well utilized this trip. I would highly recommend your home to anyone!

It’s a great place to stay! We were there to visit family, but it’s a great part of Seattle if you’re there for fun as well. Plenty nearby for restaurants, convenience stores and groceries. Parking is very nice to have. Would totally recommend in every way.

Great Ballard Location

A group of fellow photographers were in the area for a business mastermind in the neighborhood and this was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and so perfect for our group of 4 adults. We could walk to downtown Ballard, Rays, and had so much fun exploring the area. Will definitely be back!

Ballard get away

Very pleasant house. It would be really great for somewhat older children, they would love the loft. Every thing was neat and tidy, and instructions were clear. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. Only complaint, those stairs (puff,puff). I probably missed that detail in the description. I would highly recommend, it’s hard to find reasonable places in Ballard.

Dream Spot for Family Vacation

We loved the unique lofted beds which allowed both kids their own room. The place had everything we needed and the Monica even helped us wash and dry a load of laundry. The neighborhood felt safe and super walkable. It was a great home base for all the things we did in Seattle using our CityPass. Highly recommend this lovely spot and super kind host family. Convenient location in Ballard, well equipped

I found the property to be perfectly located for my needs. Having the entire top floor was nice and proved to be quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with drawers labelled to make things easy to find. I interacted with Mario a couple of times and found him helpful and friendly. There are plenty of things within walking distance including markets, places to eat, coffee shops and the great Sunday Farmers Market. I would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Our stay was lovely and relaxing. Monica answered all questions, even during her important family event, and I appreciated the early check in and complete lack of hassle at this property. It is in a good neighborhood within a mile of all things Ballard. Will likely stay again soon.

A Great Find in Ballard!

The location of this property should be highlighted because it is situated in such a walkable spot, yet removed enough to have quieter evenings. If you visit on the weekend during the market season, it's a lovely little walk to the market and you're bound to walk away with something. There are loads of food options, small shops, and other attractions near the property that you could easily walk to or take a very short drive. Communication with the property owners was quick and clear, I also appreciated the transparency of the owners when construction started. Overall, very pleased with the experience!
