This was our first time staying in Seaside for our annual family beach trip and I’m so glad we were lucky to find The Tides. The property was beautiful. The kids had a great time. We loved it so much we reserved a unit for our next annual family beach trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed in room 130 — everything was very clean and well maintained. The room had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. There is also a grill, beach access, and beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!

This was such an amazing little hotel by the water! It had such cozy cottage vibes. The front desk worker, an older woman, was SO lovely. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and chatty, which made the stay feel even more homey!! Our room was small, but very clean, cozy, and comfortable. It even had a small kitchen, which I didn’t realize when I booked, and it ended up being such a nice surprise. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. The hotel was directly on the water. We walked to the beach in less than 2 minutes, and the beach itself was BEAUTIFUL. This was probably one of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing flashy or over-the-top, just very obviously well-loved and well-kept. Also, parking was perfect. Lots of street parking right out front that we could see from the room! I would highly recommend this place, especially for a couples getaway. Seaside is amazing, and this hotel was perfectly located right in town and right by the beach!!!
