Awesome place to stay when in Seaside, extremely walkable. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spacious, neat, well organized, ventilated and stocked with amenities. The breakfast is more to go style and sparse. They have a great gym, swimming pool, outdoor area, a safe parking lot and wide stairs. The have a wide elevator and carpeted hallways. Highly recommend for good value and comfortable stay!

What a great place to stay! A great price, wonderful room, excellent staff. I loved that they had a hot tub and indoor pool. The fire pits on a cool evening were wonderful. Free bicycle rental and free breakfast. One block away from Broadway (the Main Street) and just a few blocks walk to the ocean. I will definitely be returning!

Our room was right over the pool and our back window/ door was over the outside congregation fire pits. Very noisy until after 10! Overpriced for what the room / hotel was like. No mirror over the desk . Couldn’t do makeup or hair anywhere except the bathroom.

The management have to check visitors with pets into a separate level because their dogs were barking at night , we stated at room 413 on January 2nd 2026 and there was a couple with a Maltese breed dog that was barking almost till midnight. Not pleasant experience
