Private master suite with ocean view and close to the beach access. Private entrance to your room, Private parking available and very quite home setting. At the end of the historic Seaside Prom with 1.5 miles along the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Your unit has TV , work station , mini fridge , microwave. To clarify , we Donot serve breakfast.

Very close to the beach and has a nice peek-a-view of the ocean from the arm chair. Comfortable and easy place to stay. Note - there is a stair climb, as the room is on the second floor.

Great weekend away at this property! Exactly as advertised, 50 yards from beach in Seaside, quiet environment for sleeping, good value for the price. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Close to the beach

I appreciated being in a quiet part of town away from the tourist shops and big hotels. Theresa is very friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable.

Great location! The bed/bath combo was all we were looking for, didn’t need a kitchen so this place was perfect! Comfortable bed, big bathroom. No guessing at what to do or where to go.

Very happy with our stay. Clean accommodations, plenty of room, very short walk to the promenade and beach, easy parking, in a nice little Seaside town. Note that the unit has a fan but no A/C which is rarely needed

Great Stay!

Very cozy, comfortable, steps from the very clean beach. Anja? (Cleaning lady) was a delightful person and very helpful! Oh yeah-steps from the Prom with an easy walk to the action on Broadway. We picked the perfect weekend for the car show and the Sandcastle contest.

Clean & wonderful location!

The space was clean, roomy, and at a perfect location. Big, private bathroom, small dining area/table, and all the storage you may need for your stay. Wifi worked wonderfully for those who may need to do a little work inbetween relaxation. The ocean is a 3 minute walk and the rest of the attractions are a short 7 minute walk down the promenade! The host was delightful and made us feel at home. Such a lovely stay. Perfect for 2 people!

Great little apartment

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Theresa's place. It was very clean and modern, and the bed was comfy. It was very quiet day and night, and in a beautiful neighborhood a block from the ocean--with views of the ocean from the window. It's located at one end of the Prom--so not a lot of people and traffic around. Theresa was very kind and helpful and available. We will stay here again the next time we are in Seaside.

Oregon getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed with ocean view. Parking great. Did need soap for shower, when asked was provided timely. Would enjoy to stay again. Not sure if there was a steamer or iron available as did not request however not in the unit. Overall would definitely recommend.

So very pleasant!

Theresa is a rock star. We were so pleased with our room! It was just as it was described. So close to the ocean! 10 minutes to the Promenade and just another 5 minutes to downtown. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere, not having to search for parking!! We will definitely stay here again and again!

Great hostess, but the place lacked a few amenities such as a way to put soap on a tray in the shower and a coffee maker IN THE ROOM. No AC made the room very hot, despite the fan.

Could not get the TV to work to watch any local channels news, etc. Host did not know how it worked either. This place shall not be titled bed and breakfast. It’s basically a single room.

Small property

This property is in a good location, but the listing was misleading. The pictures lead you to believe this place is bigger with a couch to sit. The room (because that’s mostly what it is) only had a double bed with a chair. Then there was only a little table with a small fridge & microwave. There was only one set of towels left for two people over 4 days and no coffee. Again, the bed was only a size double, so be aware when booking.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das Bad war sauber und groß. Die Lage strandnah und ruhig. Das Einchecken mit Code sehr schwierig, da die Haustüre klemmt. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht einstellbar, uns war es zu kalt und es hat gezogen. Schränke waren nicht ausgewischt, Fenster sehr dreckig, Spinnweben im Zimmer. Keine Spüle, keine gemütlichen Sitzplätze. Frühstück abgestanden und unappetitlich ( haben wir nicht gegessen). Bett hatte 2 Matratzen übereinander ( zu hoch für kleinere Personen). Seaside hat uns gefallen und der Strand war sehr schön.
