I have stayed at the Ebb Tide over five times and will continue staying here every time I'm in town. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I left something important behind and they contacted me three different ways to make sure I knew. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great. They have ample parking. They have a good breakfast along with cookies in the evening and dvds to watch. Beach access and views are fantastic. Its right next door to the aquarium. I could go on. Stay here, trust me!

Next to the office is a little room with tables. This is where you get a free breakfast. There is a huge selection of food everyday. Very good!

Overall decent stay. Its an older hotel so some things are to be expected. Was a little dissapointed to see used untensils left that were used from people before (stayed in a room eith a kitchenette). There was a dried out fish skin on top of the fridge in the room. The beds and bathroom seemed clean

In the set of beachfront rooms, you open a double glass door onto a cliff face over the pacific. You can watch the sun set over the rock outcroppings. Stunning.

Staying on the upper floor you did get a view of the ocean. It was a bit far away from the ocean but it was a nice walk through the sand to it. Wonderful atmosphere for a beach getaway.
