The room was much smaller than it appeared/was advertised. I never would have reserved four nights for a family of three had I known the tiny size. It was LOUD. We were near the pool and the slamming door, screaming kids next door and barking dogs kept us up for two nights in a row. I could hear entire conversations through the vents. The cleaning staff did a great job, but the room was incredibly run down and didn’t appear very clean. The hot tub was full of floating hair and other grossness. The pool was freezing.

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating if my partner had been able to come with me. The view was further than I had anticipated but still spectacular. Kitchenette was a bonus and worth the price!

TV didn't work most of our stay until late the night before. The toilet kept running and didn't flush fully and the chain broke off. We had to take off the top of the toilet to manually flush the toilet until maintenence came. The washer didn't work and ate 2.00 of my money. That did get refunded and we where charged 50.00 yet for the later check out when we should have gotten that for free due to the above issues. It was very cold in the hallways and the room next to us where so loud they where partying yelling and kept us away most of the night.

Didnt stay the two nights as someone complain about my three service dogs and two were puppies to make sure i didnt get the fine for what people said they barked alot but not much so left satruday wont go back with my dogs again to me when they say pet friendly not to me they arent been other motels had no problem with my dogs other than that it was okay
