This place was surprisingly comfortable definitely one of the better hotels. I’ve stayed at in Seaside. Very nice staff clean pool barbecue grills private, not a lot of riffraff hanging around.

Our happy place! We absolutely love taking spontaneous trips down here and booking with Dry Dock! The Staff is SO friendly and we love the pool which is immaculately clean! The air conditioners are cold. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Amazing!

The location and convenience of the property was most important to me for this stay. The tv had limited stations available and the property was dated . I recommend this property for short term stays as it provides accessibility to all.

The motel is dated and the bathroom needs to be redone, not just painting the tub/shower. Also, the toilet seat was not attached to the bowl and needs more than just a cleaning. The beds were pretty good and sheets were clean.

Nobody spoke English at front desk either day, they just look at u like you’re a burden. So that was hard to check in. The beds and rooms are garbage microwave don’t even work. Ac system sounds like a lawnmower. tv is the size of my iPhone. Spend the extra 100$ and find something better.

I stayed in a 3rd floor double king room. Check in was easy and the woman was nice. There is a security guard out front overnight which is nice to have. The pool was clean and well maintained. Very close to the beach. Parking was a little tight but okay. The room was very outdated but generally clean. The bathroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain, visible dirt on the floor and walls. The water pressure was very low (maybe because of it being the 3rd story?) There were also old rusty radiators that didn't have proper covers and could have cut somebody. The microwave and refrigerator were pretty clean. The ac worked great (but very loud).
