Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. Lost beach badges will be charged at $100 each. Rooftop access is not allowed it’s off-limits
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
