Improvement needed

Early check in turned out to be in the evening and therefor not acceptable. Unit does not fit 4 adults as platform bed can only sleep one and uncomfortable. Enough for 2. Shower very tight No Toaster, but kitchen was clean and new, however needs more coocking Utensils. Refrigerator was leaking water. Permanent residence were unfriendly to us as the owner did not pay the HOA dues so no pool access and on site parking and grilling available. However it was listed on VRBO

Week from hell.

When we rented the property, we were told the pool was off limits. Of course we assumed it was off limits to everyone because of COVID and we accepted that. We were told there was street parking only, we assumed there was no parking lot for the unit so we accepted that. When we arrived, we see a 60 car parking lot so we pulled right in. As soon as the other property owners saw us, they asked if we were here for this particular unit and we said yes. They immediately started to tell us that the owner of this particular unit has lost all privileges and we cannot park in the lot, not even to unload our clothes . We had to park 200 yards away and unload and carry our stuff. We felt like criminals and we had just arrived. Once we settled in, the other owners pointed us to a sign on the bulletin board that stated the following, this particular unit has lost all privileges, no parking in lot or unloading, no pool use, no use of grills or deck or any common area, it was unbelievable. The entire week we had to sneak around and try to avoid everyone because they were all starring and talking about us. When I called the owner that we rented from, he told me that I should have read the fine print on the contract I signed. If you’re reading this, stay as far away from this particular unit as you can. I would also recommend not using Vrbo .

4th of July weekend

Highly recommended, clean & conveniently located to the beach & boardwalk. Property owner was very responsive & helpful. Only downfall was that the neighbors weren't friendly at all, made us feel unwelcomed...

Great! Clean! So close to everything!

Alonso and Anibal were so accommodating to all of our requests. We ran into a few issues with the complex (not just their unit, but everyone's water was shut off for about an hour) but it didn't affect us too much. Unfortunately, the complex has temporally revoked their use of the common areas (pool, parking lot, trash, and grill) which was a little bit of a disappointment, but we found other things to do, and the parking was only the next street down. They are only about a 6 min walk to the end of the boardwalk, which was fantastic. They also offered ammenities like beach passes, chairs, internet, and all tolietries were included, which was also a bonus! The listing says 4 people could sleep here, which is true, but the sofa bed is kind of small, so we ran out and got an air mattress. Walmart was only 20 min down the road. Dispite the minor issues I've explained above, we highly recommend their property. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and have everything you need. And their communication is top notch!

A nice place to be

Very modern, close to restaurants and stores. A nice short walk to the beach. Was concerned the parking situation might be a little inconvenient but it was actually really nice. Host was great about getting us the information we needed, would absolutely recommend
