Good views and location but property needs attention.

Unfortunately a number of issues need to be addressed. Balcony unsafe with rail broken which could be a real safety hazard for adults and children/very creased bed-linen, not even ironed pillow cases/bed linen on double bed didn’t smell fresh/curtains hanging off end of rail in places/no toilet roll holders/no bins anywhere except kitchen/no bathmat/ dirty light pull cords in bathroom and downstairs toilet/no towel in downstairs toilet and sink rickety/ no blinds in kitchen for privacy (at night)/the selection of glasses was poor, no basic wine glasses / no instructions provided for TV or strange ‘disco’ style lights, lighting poor and not very cosy. We have stayed in Seaford many times, coming twice a year and this has been the most disappointing accommodation so far. The location is great, good parking but certainly not worth the high price charged, the owner needs to put in quite a lot of work in to justify these costs.
