2406 Racquet Club Villa:

From the moment you arrive you'll appreciate all of the beautiful touches of this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa. Relax on one or both of the screened porches and take in the tidal marsh views that are so unique to the lowcountry. The Racquet Club Villas are in a private enclave, with a wonderful neighborhood pool and deck area that stretches out into a beautiful tropical lagoon. This convenient location is close to the Seabrook Island Tennis Center as well as the Equestrian Center. Hop on the biking/walking path just across the street and head to Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village or stroll around Palmetto Lake.

The villa is open and bright with plenty of light and hardwood floors on the first floor. The immaculate kitchen is fully stocked with solid surface counter tops and newer appliances. The open kitchen features a bar height pass through with 3 bar stools adjacent to the dining area with bar height table and seating for 4. The half bath is also on the first level.

The living room area has plenty of comfortable seating, including a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a 55" HDTV Smart TV with a DVD player and small collection of family DVDs. The sliding doors lead to the wonderful screened porch with comfortable seating and dining area to relax. You will love watching the natural wonders of the tidal marsh that make Seabrook Island so unique.

Upstairs the master bedroom features a classic blue and white palette with a king bed, en-suite bath and sliding doors accessing an adorable private screened porch with comfortable Adirondack seating and a bistro table area with 2 chairs. There is a also a 32" HDTV Smart TV. The guest bedroom is just down the hall and features 1 Queen and 1 twin bed set in coastal hues with a barn door leading into the updated en-suite bath. There is a 37" Smart TV.. The bathroom has a single vanity with tub/shower combination.

All TVs are equipped with an Amazon HD Fire TV Stick for streaming. Hulu Live (ESPN, HGTV, Golf, local channels, etc.), Disney+, IMDb and CBS All Access are included. You may login to your Netflix account for access to additional Movies, TV shows, etc.

Sip your coffee or sweet tea on the cozy porches as you relax and take in the natural beauty of Seabrook Island. When you're ready to start your day, you'll have all the best amenities right outside your door - just head out and enjoy!

We drove from Tampa that morning to USC Columbia for a college visit. Your place was the perfect oasis after a long, long drive! We enjoyed our stay but please note that this property is on the 2nd story and the 1st story is raised so it’s really like a 3rd story entry. You must be able to walk up a few flights of stairs which we found difficult with our luggage. Seabrook is amazing and we loved that the property included the amenity cards.

What can I say, this resort was nothing short of amazing! It’s everything described! Comfortable, warm, clean, BEAUTIFUL! To be able to wake up and sit on the balcony, sip your coffee, eat your breakfast and take in the beauty of what God created so early in the morning is just a blessing! I’ve never stayed in a place that felt like home, but this place did! They also left me Prosecco and wine glasses, I had a MILLIONAIRE experience!

My family & I had a great time in South Carolina. The screened in porch was one of our best parts. We walked to the beach on the island to see if we could see the dolphins which we were able to see as well as seeing a bald eagle. Would definitely come back again.

Tennis Weekend

This was the perfect location to attend a training event at the tennis club over the weekend. The location was near the gate and close by was the Marina and Freshfields. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The screen porches were a big plus to have dinner and to relax. It was very quiet and comfortable. I would recommend and hope to get back there for a longer stay!

Wonderful Family Vacation at Seabrook Island

Our family of four enjoyed a relaxing vacation here during the Christmas holiday season. The communication was great from the management. The villa was spotless, spacious and had stylish furnishings. The location was minutes from the beach, marina, Salty Dog restaurant and Fresh Fields shopping center. Charleston was about forty minutes away which made day trips easy. It was nice to come back to a tranquil setting after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We vacation at Seabrook frequently and love the peaceful surroundings. This villa provided a very pleasant, comfortable, and quiet enviroment. Quiet Beach Getaway

This condo is perfectly suited for a family of 4 to get away and have room to spread out. Very clean and the owners have thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen cooking essentials. Furnishings are cozy and sturdy without being cluttered. The unit is well maintained and clean upon our arrival. Beds were comfortable and towels were provided plentifully. We stayed a week and, although we'd brought some extra supplies (e.g., dish detergent packets), didn't end up using them. The supplies provided were just enough for our 7-day stay and much appreciated. Located near the Seabrook Island entrance, the Beach Club and beaches are a 5-minute car trip or a leisurely 20/25-minute bike ride away. The Racquet Club Villas has a small community pool that our boys loved ending the day at or taking a post-dinner dip. Also about 1-minute bike ride to the larger Lake House and pool and an easy 10-minute (1-mile) bike ride to the FreshFields Village, where there is a good amount of dining and shopping. We appreciated the Smart TVs in all the rooms so everyone could have their own space when needed. Coastal Getaways was easy to contact and provided all the information we needed for a seamless check-in/check-out experience as well as a few rental perks (e.g., free bicycle) that we took advantage of. Was a wonderful home away from home.

Relaxing Stay in Seabrook Island

We had such a relaxing stay! The vacation rental property was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed cooking and having meals there. The master bedroom and bedroom for our kids were comfortable. One of our favorite features was the balconies. It was nice to sit on them, relax and listen to nature. There is a lot of nature at Seabrook Island. We saw deer, rabbits and even an alligator in a pond. The outdoor pool is just a short walk from the property. The pool is big and our teenage sons had a blast. Finally, the beach was beautiful. It's a little bit of a drive and then a walk to get to the beach, but so worth it. We had a wonderful time in our vacation rental property, the outdoor pool at the beach at Seabrook Island!
