Just 1.2 miles to Pelican Beach and 1.3 miles to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, clubhouse, and golf courses, it is perfectly located. Enjoy watching a sampling of Seabrook's plentiful wildlife while you sit on the screened porch surrounded by tropical foliage. Relax with your family and friends in this nicely decorated cottage.
The cottage features an open dining/living area with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a table that seats 6 - perfect for gathering around and sharing stories from your day. High ceilings and a fireplace create an airy atmosphere. The sliding doors to the screened porch and allow sunlight to filter through the trees. The comfortable furnishings offer seating for all your guests. Enjoy watching shows on the HDTV/DVD. Gather around the table on the screened porch as you sip cool drinks. Settle into one of the rockers with a good book. The galley kitchen is well stocked and has all you'll need for cooking during your holiday.
There are three bedrooms in this cottage. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is a TV and en suite bath with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The hall bath with a shower/tub is just outside the door. Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds. The en suite bath has a shower. The kids will love sharing this room!
This property does not have cable: You can enjoy your favorite programs via Youtube tv and Apple TV.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
This property does NOT allow pets.
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
