With vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and views of the canopies of oaks over the fairway, the living room is a restful spot to relax. A private balcony overlooks the fairway. Open to the living area is a dining table and remodeled bright kitchen featuring subway tile, quartz countertops, new appliances, and an entire wall of cabinets and drawers for incredible storage and space. For your morning routine, a standard coffee maker is provided within the well-equipped kitchen.
Off the living area is an updated full bath with shower and vanity. To make your trips to the shore effortless, the villa comes equipped with two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a soft fabric beach cooler.
Up a flight of stairs are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a large, plush king bed, small closet area, and barn doors that open up to a balcony with views of below and windows facing the trees and sky.
A second full bath upstairs offers a vanity, tub/shower combo, and toilet. A washer and dryer off the upstairs hallway offers guests the convenience of doing laundry right within the unit.
• BEACH: 0.5 miles away. Two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a soft fabric beach cooler are included for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards included (a $55 daily savings). Access to Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. Lakehouse outdoor pool is accessible free of charge.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.

• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A standard coffee maker is on site for guest use. (BYO ground coffee and filters).
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 daily savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license at the gate.
• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We are always a phone call or text away to offer assistance as needed.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. We remain committed to your vacation experience from the moment you book until after you check out.
• CLEANING: Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams use the best hygiene practices, and we launder all bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits and payments. Please note that if there is inclement weather in other states prohibiting travel, a refund will not be issued; we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance during hurricane season.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
