The light-filled upstairs great room is the heart of the home, featuring warm redwood interiors, dramatic Pacific views, and a wood-burning fireplace. Settle in with a book, listen to music, watch a movie, or simply take in the changing colors of the ocean. Keep an eye out for whales, seabirds, and other coastal wildlife right from the comfort of home.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a spacious island, and everything you need to prepare a relaxed breakfast, fresh dinner, or evening meal with a view.
Downstairs, two private king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offer a comfortable and peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

A separate living area, originally designed as an artist's studio, has been transformed into a cozy media lounge with a large-screen Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, music, game days, or simply unwinding.

PET POLICY

Dogs are welcome! A $75 pet fee per pet, per stay applies to guests bringing a dog.

SEA RANCH & SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours are 9 PM–7 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is permitted at any time.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum of 2 vehicles, parked in the driveway.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
