Lovely house with some nice views from the living room & loft. Kitchen is well equipped, grill works, everything was clean. Hot tub is large & works; though we wished it had a view towards the ocean instead of being walled in by wooden fence. Centralized forced air heating is dated but works. Couldn’t use the fireplace because no kindling/axe is provided. Also, the pile of firewood outside was not covered properly since the tarp had holes and at any rate was blown off during the rain storm. we like the fact that it is close to a trail and the ocean is not far away to walk to.

Great location for a pet-friendly stay

We had plenty of room and loved being well positioned for beach access, viewing the seals, and great walking paths. The hot tub was especially nice and private.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Albatross House. The hot tub was nice, fire logs were provided, and it overall met our expectations. Sea Ranch is a love area and we'd love to return in the future!

Pros Kitchen has everything you need.There is a trail directly behind the house that leads to the bluffs nearby.The house was clean upon our arrival.Ocean view off back porch.Cons:Hot tub jets are super weak.The clothes dryer does not work.The master bed sags in the middle.The check in process was so co.bersome. having to take pictures of your ID then get authorization to send confirmation pictures of yourself. I had to almost beg via email to get check in instructions.The parking area in front of the house has very little rock. It appeared as someone had just mowed the entire area the day we arrived amd this made it nearly impossible not to track in loose grass even when lea ing shoes outsside the front door.

We come every summer to visit with friends who spend the summer in Sea Ranch. The property was perfectly located w beach and pool nearby. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed our stay here!

Great location! There are some ocean views, with a very great view from the loft. The house was clean and perfect for four of us. The dining room table has a nice view overlooking the meadows near the ocean. It was a great spot to work on jigsaw puzzles. Plenty of towels and basic toiletries, which was great. Bring your own box of kleenex, as there isn't any. But, it had everything else you need. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and decent appliances. The hot tub is great, and always heated and ready. It doesn't have an ocean view because there's a privacy/safety wall around it that locks it away when not in use. There's a towel warmer in the master bedroom that was great.Check in was easy, however, you don't get the code until the day before, which is ok. There was a waiver needing to be signed too, that I'm not sure I would have ever received without sending messages through both VRBO and the email address I had from the host when I booked. I contacted them about 2 days before the reservations realizing I was never provided the link to complete the waiver when I made the reservation the month before. But, that worked out all fine. They responded immediately and sent me the link to complete all the necessary stuff within an hour after contacting them.This is the 5th time I've rented a house in Sea Ranch. The first time I've rented this particular house. I would rent it again. It's a great house!

Great location near the trail. House is sited well. Best for quiet groups. Interior and front door are have a cozy 90s vibe in contrast to theexterior, but the house is well designed. Feels more authentic Sea Ranch than the mansions to the north.

Great Location

Another lovely weekend in Sea Ranch. Beds were comfortable and lots of space in the kitchen. Hot tub was great. Really close to main trail to Bluff trail.
