The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. This home is a Top/Bottom Duplex. Rental is for the upper floor, which is up two flights of stairs.
