The 2nd level is equipped with the great room, bedroom, and spiral staircase leading up to the open loft, The twin bedroom on this level has a private west facing deck and Bathroom. The open loft has a pullout sofa that could be used for a nice reading area or additional sleeping for quest. Plenty off street parking for 4, which is a rare find on the island.
