The location of the apartment is impressive due to its tranquility and short distance to the ski bus, which takes you to the valley station of the Motta Naluns mountain lifts in just a few minutes. The highlight of the apartment is the large south-facing balcony, which is equipped with a grill, table, and lounge chair/armchair. Within walking distance, there is a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven and the golf restaurant, which also welcomes outside guests. From the apartment, you have a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine mountain landscape and the Vulpera spa park.



The approximately 65 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor with a sunny balcony. The living room is designed with an open new kitchen and offers enough space to enjoy shared vacations. Bedroom and living room have direct access to the spacious balcony.



The ski area Motta Naluns is accessible by car and postal bus from Scuol in 5 minutes. The valley trail Martina-Scuol can be reached by car in 7 minutes. The ice rink and football field Gurlaina are accessible on foot in 10 minutes. Shopping opportunities are located in nearby Scuol, reachable in 5 minutes by car/postal bus or in 10 minutes by bicycle/on foot.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine offers beautiful hikes, whether short or longer. The short hike to Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in 1 hour, is popular. Additionally, the Swiss National Park is nearby.
