Difficulty getting basic needs, clean towels, toilet paper. Always required to come back later which they never did except for 1 single housekeeper, Meena. She was amazing and always returned with whatever you asked for.

Nasty! Do not stay here. The first room I was given was so dirty, moldy, smelled bad, and the pull out sofa bed was all mold with crumbled up sheets left over since who knows when. I was not putting my son on that! I asked for another room. The second room they gave me was right next door to the first one. This room was not much cleaner, smelled heavily of cigarettes, and the pull out sofa bed did not have sheets or blankets. I went back to the front desk to ask for some sheets and was told "we don't supply those".Once again I asked for a different room. The third and final room didn't smell too bad (little bit of a weed smell). This room had 2 queen beds. Things were a little cleaner, but mold was still here and there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! The only good thing I have to say is that the front desk employee was kind and let me keep changing rooms.

Breakfast was closed due to maintenance room could have been better. Door in the room goes next door could hear sounds. Nothing like hearing the two next door having sex together. Toilet seat loose. I generally don’t stay here just went one night to save money. Last time I stayed here was woke up by rude people laughing and being loud outside at 530 am. Go to Quality inn or Days Inn

This place is disgusting. Holes in the curtains, mold in the bathroom, and bugs. I checked out early. It looks like a place you rent by the hour and the marijuana smell is strong. Just gross! Never again and do not recommend.

We did not even get to stay in this room we left after 10 minutes there were bugs it smelled bad holes in the linen we went to the front desk and told them we were leaving they said connect to the third party we connected to hotels.com and you have refused to do anything for us except try to give me a $25 credit you ruined the only night that me and my wife got to spend alone in 5 years

Facility was VERY run down. My room (#186) had badly stained ceilings, paint chips through out the room, damaged upholstery on the desk chair, no coat hangers at all, several porcelain chips in the bathtub especially around the drain, no table clock, only one large towel and, most annoying, was a distinct odor of air disinfectant to cover, what I strongly believe, was a smoking room in the past. In addition the exterior corridors and stair wells were in terrible condition. Finally, when I arrived, there were 3 male attendants playing at the casino slot machines in the front lobby and it was about 2 to 3 minutes before one of them had the courtesy to come to the desk to check us in. My room was so bad that I checked out the next morning ( Nov. 14). The desk clerk, and subsequently, the management, REFUSED to give me a refund for the 3 unused nights. My experience was AWFUL.

Cockroaches everywhere including in the bed, people fighting loudly and doing drugs openly, was approached and asked for money several times, and the younger man behind the desk who confirmed our noon checkout when we checked in knocked loudly on our door at 11. When we said "we're in here" several times loud and clear (unclothed and in bed) he barged in anyways to say we needed to check out, staring at us naked. We told him he himself confirmed our late checkout and to please shut the door and he kept staring at my wife and saying it's checkout time. I would never ever ever stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone else. We played music at the theater in town and were just trying to get some sleep, we did not cause any trouble nor make any noise whatsoever, and were treated like this after buying 4 rooms from them. Demolish the place, throw the whole hotel away, it's rotten.

The room was dirty, the sheets were not clean and it had a lot of cigarette holes, the toilet was leaking. We just decided to change hotel. I have contacted Hotel.com to get a refund since it was no other room available and the manager was not very helpful. He brought me other sheets and told me to contact hotel.com to get refund… very disappointed. I hope to get a refund for this 110$ wasted.
