The room was immaculate. Everything in the room is fresh and modern. Bed and bath linens are luxurious. Care for the environment is obvious, no plastic trash bags, paper cups only, no little plastic bottles of shampoo, etc.

The casino was quiet, but it was right after the holidays. But it was great for us! Go and dine at Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The meal was delicious! But the service was amazing!! We were just talking about how the service industry is not the same and then we dined here and it is alive and thriving!! Make sure this is part of your experience at this property!

Hotel was very clean and inviting. No issues with staff although there was not much interaction with them. Some of the cons: The check in was rather long, about twenty minutes, the bed was not flat with the sides folding up and making it slightly uncomfortable, and the TV would not respond to our casting attempts to try and watch Netflix. these are relatively minor issues but necessary to mention. With that said we would consider staying there again.
