My critique is that the shower door in room 129 kept rolling open after shutting soaking the floor with water and the bathroom door didn’t have a door stop so the coat hook poked a hole in the wall. Staff was good, breakfast was alright (waffles good. Eggs and meat not so much.). About what I expected though for the price.

We had a king bed, room was spacious bed was comfortable but the room was a dirty, the bathroom floor had not been mopped there was hair and coffee spills right in the door way not just up a corner but in the middle of the floor so it wasn’t like it was missed. The bedside table had all spills down the front of it. It was a little disappointing as we’ve stayed in a few Fairfield’s and they have always been very clean.

The location is excellent, with all major restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. However, the building is old and needs some repairs. The toilet was half functional and could use some attention, especially in the bathroom and air conditioning.

Good location and clean. Less than desirable customer service and communication in my opinion. Was charged $12 to park and at NO TIME was this detail mentioned...not on the expedia website and not during the check in or checkout process.
