Vintage charm abounds in this roomy, 2-story mini-chateau. Set on 3 ac. of botanical, park-like grounds with a soothing tropical waterfall and a sky-high view of awesome rocket launches.

Updated for comfort, but not a cookie-cutter stay. An eclectic mix of boho & collected antiques gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling.

Quirky vintage charm in every corner. A classic clawfoot tub, French doors that open to a balcony- perfect for morning coffee.

Outside is like a nature preserve. Sunshine, stargazing, tranquility- and rockets!

There are 2 bedrooms with beds in each + an additional easy-up bed/mattress that can be used for additional sleepers. There’s a bathroom on each level and washer & dryer upstairs.

It's a WOW! from the driveway and whether you're soaking in the sunshine streaming through the French doors that open to the Juliette balcony or chilling around a little fire in the fire pit, memories will be yours for the collecting.

Oasis during launch support

This is a lovely and quiet place to unwind after busy days and nights of work. Listening to birds from the back patio or watching launches from bed are extra perks. Lots of wonderful restaurants in the area from which to choose.

Beautiful dog-friendly property

If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The property was beautiful and quiet. My husband and I stayed with our two small dogs. It was a very comfortable house for all of us. It was close enough for everything we wanted to do, but it was nice to be away from the very busy tourist areas.

A “Peace” of Paradise

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this cottage. It was the perfect landing spot as we explored New, Smyrna Beach and Blue Spring State Park. From campfires to rocket ships, it was an experience we will never forget!

Hidden Gem!

Wonderful, quaint and quiet! Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and had such a good time! There are great local businesses to explore; from food to a flea market, from Edgewater to Titusville. And don't forget the Refuge. Our host was awesome, the house was clean and comfortable and we are coming back!!

Literally the cutest house ever you’ll love the garden cottage core vibe, super clean and comfy. Plenty of room for a group. Tracy was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. Would book again!

So quiet and such an interesting historical home. The decor was cool and we loved how quirky the property was. My husband really appreciated how he couldn't hear any traffic. And he has traffic radar. We loved that we could have our dog there, and he had a great time exploring the large yard. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

A Soft Place to Land

We had a sudden death in our family and needed a place to stay while we took care of final arrangements. We were so fortunate to find this property at the last minute that accommodated our family. Tracy was so gracious and kind, greeting us upon arrival. The home is secluded, beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to hang out and decompress at the end of each day. We will forever be grateful to have found this little gem. We will definitely stay here again during happier times. It's the perfect place for whatever brings you to Florida.

Quiet and Convenient

This quaint cottage is in a great location and very quiet neighborhood, perfectly situated for our photography/nature excursions to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and Orlando Wetlands. We also paid our respects at the nearby Cape Canaveral National Cemetery. The bed was super comfy, the large walk-in shower a plus for a bad hip, we spent a couple of warm afternoons on the back patio, and it was nice to have the washer/dryer. Some of the basics (pots, oven ware) in the kitchen were a bit worn. We would stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area.

Easy breezy! If you’re looking for a quiet place to get away, this fun, rustic and unique home provides a relaxing and charming atmosphere. Did I mention it is quiet? The host is easy to communicate with and Tracy wants to make sure everything goes right during your stay. Our dogs enjoyed supervised roaming and sniffing. We enjoyed parks with our pups that were 15 minutes away and went to Kennedy Space Center. We cooked each night at the house and found we had all the cookware and utensils we needed. The house was clean with plenty of towels and you could do laundry if you needed to. It was a perfect get away from our home on the west coast of Florida. We will definitely return so we can enjoy the fire pit and the outdoor fountain.
