The girl at the front desk was trying to get me to double pay (and pay more than what I already paid) and told me even though I paid for the room already through Expedia I needed to pay her and then call Expedia to get a refund. that took 20 mins.. And once we got to our room, there was burn marks on the top cover and clumps of hair in between the 2 sheets.
