The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bagels were good. Parking was easy and safe. Our room was just above the AC/Heating units outside. Very noisy. There was an event in, I'm assuming a conference room that happened to be just below us. Loud, bumping music late into the night. Noisy neighbors, loud talking, tromping up and down the halls outside which can happen anywhere but added to an unpleasant night.

Stayed here two nights. First night the whole room, bed sheets, bathroom floor was covered in dog hair. Had to go downstairs and get more sheets to change our bed late at night when we were exhausted, and put towels down to walk on. And there was blood on a pillow. The second night a week later (in a different room) again there was hair in the bathroom and shower, and there was also old food on the floor from the previous person’s stay. And the mattress was dirty we looked under the sheets. Not sure how the mattress, pillows, and sheets would get discolored and hairy if they changed the sheets as often as they should. Also the breakfast wasn’t good. Usually a hotel breakfast isn’t that great but at least it’s something, but this breakfast there was only egg patties that had the flavor and texture of flip flops, sausage patties, and waffles. Everything else was unhealthy prepackaged stuff you could pick up at Walmart. The waffles were good the first stay but our second stay it tasted like the batter was old. Also the elevator sounded like it was gonna fall. Staff was nice tho. We’ve stayed at worse sure. This was the only hotel in the area we saw. Also this is probably Expedia’s fault, but I wanted to put in there that there was an error with my booking so my first night got cancelled so I rebooked it. The front lady said both were still fully booked and marked it as a double booking. So I paid for an extra night and it wasn’t even worth it just saying😭

The parking was great for pulling a boat. Great electric hook ups. The breakfast is not diabetic or keto friendly. Staff was very welcoming and it seems to be a very safe place.
