Come visit our Oak treehouse, one of six identical two story treehouses that are all dog friendly. Set on forty acres near beautiful Lake Guntersville, Alabama, our resort-style treehouse offers the perfect destination for a quick getaway or staycation. While residing at treehouse you will have access to on-site activities such as Disc Golf, Hiking Paths, Corn Hole, Dog Park, and a Horseshoe Pit.

Our vacation rentals come with a complimentary two-seater golf cart during your stay. The treehouses feature a lofted bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed, dressed in top-of-the-line linens. Our kitchen is small yet mighty, equipped with many of the amenities you are accustomed to at home, including a dishwasher, mini fridge with a freezer, a Keurig and more. Some may call our bathrooms a showstopper, but we only want the best for our guests. With a glass walk in tiled shower, and a marble sink vanity, we stock the bathroom with towels and toiletries. The treehouses also feature a sofa pull out couch in the living room with an upgraded mattress, as well as two smart TVs for your relaxation pleasure.

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the accommodation you reserve. Your unit comes with a personal two-seater golf cart which is allowed to move about on the paved roads on the premises only. The common areas you will have access to are as follows—

Unfortunately, our Treehouses are not ADA accessible.



Staff will be present during business hours Monday - Friday from 9am-7pm and occasionally on the weekend as well.



Our private neighborhood consists of 6 treehouses, 6 glamping tents, and 5 tiny homes surrounded by nature! We are centered between Scottsboro and Guntersville with only about a 10–15-minute drive to each! There is a local gas station and dollar general within 2 miles of us and we also have "tree store" on site with all the essentials in case you leave something at home!



Each treehouse comes with a complimentary golf cart for navigating the resort. By confirming your booking, you agree to our terms of usage and liability. Usage and liability terms are listed below.

BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU'RE AGREEING TO OUR GOLF CART USAGE & LIABILITY TERMS LISTED BELOW.

- In exchange for the privilege of using this golf cart, you are accepting responsibility for your own negligence.

- You must be 16 years of age and possess a valid driver's license to operate the golf cart, no minors are allowed to operate the golf cart.

- The golf cart must remain on property, driven safely, and never be driven anywhere other than the golf cart path.

- Maximum of 2 people on the golf cart, passengers must be seated.

- Driving or riding in a golf cart can result in serious injury, property damage, or even death. You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from using the golf cart.

- You agree to pay for any damage to the cart and agree to accept the payment request if a payment request is sent by us for damages.

- Anyone seen abusing golf cart terms will forfeit all privileges immediately -- no speeding or reckless driving allowed.

- You voluntarily agree to accept the risk of using a golf cart and on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives, and your heirs herby voluntarily release the aforementioned business, and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, action, causes of action, suits, judgements and demands for bodily injury, property damage, loss of life and / or loss of service, in law or equity that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart.



* Each golf cart is numbered, please park your cart in the designated number parking spot whenever you are leaving the property.
