This property is vastly overpriced - it is a 2star in room quality, decor and format at best. The rooms look like the last time they were renovated was in the 50's, and had limited amenities. The staff were ultra friendly and helpful - this was about the only saving feature, the food was as expected. Location is good

stayed there one night in June, it is an older facility but our room looked like it was recently renovated. The room was very clean but small. I did find it very expensive for what it was. But I guess that's what you have to expect in Fort William in June. Not much Hotel competition.

Hotel in good location for Ben Nevis unfortunately the hotel is in need of maintenance and update the facilities are on need of modernisation and repair. The food is mediocre and limited selection. The room felt small and stuffy ensuite basic facilities. Very noisy and narrow corridors could hear people moving around the rooms either side and above or wandering up and down. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and the breakfast was okay for a buffet selection. The hotel is currently under refurbishment hopefully when finished will look and feel better.

Limited parking spaces. Outdated and unsafe building structure with broken ceiling. Reception staff blaming poor service for outdated hotel. Cleaning staff accommodating, rooms are clean. We refused to even consider the restaurant and pool with the poor condition of the lobby and hotel building. If it’s just for a place to sleep, the rooms are fine, the “leisure” paid for is non existent.

There was no WiFi in the room. The room was clean. The beds were not comfortable. The hotel was very run down. It didn’t seem well looked after. Letter missing from the main hotel sign, over grown gardens, dingy outside walls. We ate off site.

We had an updated room with a brand new bathroom and shower, BUT, the building seems like it’s falling apart, the bed was tiny, the pillows terrible. While the pool is very nice, the “Jacuzzi” was cold. At over $300/night, this was at best a 1-star hotel that may have been nice forty years ago, but is now in sad shape.

Our room was quite basic and a bit dated, but clean and tidy. There was a great selection of options for breakfast and it was delicious! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal the night before for my Dad's 80th and the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Thank you!

We had a disappointing experience, especially for the high cost. The building is in a state of disrepair and requires major renovations and significant upgrades. I would not recommend this hotel. The food and service in the restaurant was good, however.
