Failure to provide entry information

when I booked the hotel I was promised a code for late entry - i never received it but on the morning of the stay I was promised it again - but they never sent it - I couldn’t risk not having somewhere to stay late at night with young children so I had to book another hotel - they then charged my crefit card the full amount and sent me the code very late in the day when I didn’t have internet access. Annoying waste of E140

Struttura un po vecchia, a mio avviso dovrebbero ridimensionare i prezzi. Doccia e bagno in sé scadenti, ottima invece la piscina.
