Spacious vacation room with bathroom in an Art Nouveau villa, sleeps 1–4, downtown

Arrive and feel right at home in these spacious rooms. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find your own living area within the Art Nouveau villa. A spacious bathroom with a shower is located directly across the hall. In addition, my guests have access to another large common area on the first floor, where a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are available for breakfast or a light meal. Guest Room 1 is designed for 1–2 people. For groups of 3 or more, Guest Room 2 is also available to my guests. The rooms are located next to each other. The listed prices are for 1–2 people per room per night. The 3rd and 4th person each pay 20 euros per night. Both guest rooms can also be used by two people each; in this case, a reservation must be made for three people, and a surcharge of 20.00 euros per night applies. In both guest rooms, guests have the option to sleep together or separately.

Make yourself comfortable in your apartment, which features a refrigerator. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
