The hotel was clean and the room was good. Though service levels were not upto the mark and was not Marriott standard. The breakfast options were good. If you looking for dinner, then The restaurant menu for dinner was very limited, a bit disappointing to be honest. If you used to courtyard Marriott and have travelled globally, then this one would be at the lower end of your experience.

Hotel is clean and quiet. That are the positives. Didn't like: 1. Parking - had to pay extra for parking for a hotel which is outside the city! 2. Service - very poor service. 3. Breakfast is not included in the sleepover and no one tells you about that, so at the checkout had to pay the most expensive pancakes, coffee and juice (34 euro for 2x people). 4. Tourist city tax - for what? Schwerin didn't look like the most crowded by tourist cities but yet "city tax". Recommended hotel - certainly not!

Sauberes Zimmer, gute Betten, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut hat aber etwas gerappelt, haben wir einfach abgestellt. Frühstück war sehr gut und Personal war sehr freundlich, Parken war kostenpflichtig 9€, Die Lage ist ruhig und sehr angenehm. Wir würden wieder dort buchen!

Fint sted som er velholdt. Dejlig morgenmad buffet, men svært for dem at have alle gæster samme sted, så nogle af os blev parkerer i et konference rum for at spise.Nemt at parkere og indkøbscenter meget tæt på.

Hotel limpo, moderno e confortável. Café da manhã bom. Cobram estacionamento (€ 6) e o carro fica ao relento, sem alguma proteção. Como ele fica distante do centro da cidade, para se hospedar nele, é necessário ter carro, por esse motivo não deveriam cobrar estacionamento. O hotel estava lotado, tivemos que tomar nosso café da manhã em uma sala de reuniões, também quase não conseguimos vaga para estacionar.

Alt var perfekt.....undtaget personalet i receptionen, der var svære at få fat på, især hen på aftenen var der nogle gange lange køer af folk, der skulle tjekke ind uden mulighed for at få fat i receptionisten. Der var ingen folk og ingen knap, så man anede ikke om de vidste man var der. Det var en travl weekend og mange inkl. os selv var virkeligt irriteret. Receptionisterne undskyldte sig med at de havde mange forskellige opgaver, men ikke at tjekke op på receptionen i 15-20 min er uacceptabelt. Hotellet bruger dobbeltdyner, hvilket ikke duer til de fleste mennesker, især ikke når det er varmt. Vi havde to meget lange nætter. Men som først nævnt er hotellet perfekt og morgenmaden er god. Dog er buffeten i weekenden sørgelig.
