Perfect location if your destination is the Nueschweinstein Castle. The staff and service was wonderful. Delicious breakfast, on-site parking, large, comfy accommodations….. what more could you ask for?

Friendly staff that were very helpful and beautiful rooms with a view of the castles nearby. Only complaint is when booking I sent a message asking about a baby crib and never got a response. When we showed up they said they didn’t know we have an infant coming and the room we had wouldn’t fit the crib. We decided to stick with the room as we were next to family but the were happily willing to move us to a room that would accommodate the crib. They also had free welcome drinks in the restaurant. Great hotel with gorgeous views of two castles on either side!

The most beautiful place to stay in the Bavaria Region. The hotel sits at the bottom of the castle. Close to everything. The staff is friendly and breakfast is wonderful.

Location is spectacular for an overnight to Neuschwanstein castle. Lovely and pristine clean. Dinner was lovely. Overall a wonderful experience. We rented a car for an easy drive to Neuschwanstein from Munich. Free and easy parking. Next to ticket office for castle and horse carriage to top. My huband and I had a lovely day/overnight from Munich.
