Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit im Vorfeld super Sauberkeit jedoch nur oberflächlich Haus z.T. sehr abgewohnt = steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Mietpreis Multimedia im Haus maximal ausreichend (Fernseher hatte Aussetzer; alte Hifi-Anlage) Terrasse sehr dringend zu sanieren Badezimmer im OG völlig veraltet

Ein wundervolles Haus total zentral in Schwarngau aber sehr ruhig.

Pros: Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und bei besten Wetter die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung genossen.
