The door had an entry code which sometimes worked and sometimes did not! That was a bit scary...The thought of being locked out of our room and no host was present in the office to speak with. The shower ran all over the floor when I turned it on so we ended up just taking sponge baths while standing in the tub (instead of using the shower). The TV turned on but it was not easy to navigate to a guide or to be able to sing in to Netflix. I could not turn the TV off! the power button did nothing so we just unplugged the TV. Individual coffee maker in room and only 4 pods provided to make coffee (3 of which were decaf!!). Air conditioner was VERY VERY LOUD! I ended up turning it off in order to sleep but then it got quite warm and stuffy in the room. Not great...
