This modern vacation apartment over two floors is located directly at the idyllic Werbellinsee north of Berlin. The special highlight of the apartment is certainly the large terrace with lake view, which is equipped with high-quality garden furniture and sun loungers.



The apartment is comfortably furnished. In the cool season, the fireplace in the living room spreads a particularly cozy atmosphere and invites you to relax as well as the large corner sofa.



The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities. From the dining area a staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms (with blackout blinds) and the bathroom are located.



The apartment is located in Altenhof, which stretches along the southern shore of Lake Werbellin and is surrounded by a forest area. The lake is located in the unspoiled biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin: it is known for its clear water and excellent water quality. 8 official bathing places invite you to swim and relax in summer. For water sports enthusiasts the lake is a little paradise: sailing, canoeing or diving - there is always something to do here! Those who like it a bit more leisurely can explore the lake on round trips with passenger ships. Runs around the lake there are countless hiking and biking opportunities, such as the long-distance bike trail Berlin-Usedom. The aviation museum Finowfurt or the ship lift Niederfinow invite to day trips, and also the pulsating metropolis Berlin can be reached by car in one to one and a half hours, depending on the traffic situation.
