We have 2 vacation apartments (AlpenKastl, 40 sqm, and AchenKastl, 40 sqm). You can book one apartment at a time, or both (80 sqm) if needed. You can then use the connecting door between the apartments.
This ideal combination is perfect for two families or a single family needing more space. The connecting door, which leads to a small hallway, is soundproof, ensuring peace and quiet in each apartment.
Each apartment features a bathroom, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and, of course, a modern bathroom and a large balcony with stunning views.

The apartment features a separate bedroom/children’s room as well as Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room, with its integrated high-quality built-in kitchen and corner bench dining area, features an excellent sleeper sofa with a slatted frame, as well as a TV, DVD player, and hi-fi system. A modern bathroom with a shower, ambient lighting, and a towel dryer leaves nothing to be desired. From the sunny south-facing balcony with a corner bench, you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the mountains and the ski slopes of Hoch-Kössen. A true haven of peace.
Schleching—mountaineering villages offer numerous trails for hikers, climbers, runners, and cyclists. Rafting on the Tiroler Ache, paragliding and gliding, mountain biking, road cycling, swimming lakes, motorcycle and convertible tours, or sailing on Lake Chiemsee. Just 2 km from the Austrian border, you’ll find everything you need in winter—including skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.
