This beautiful, new and furnished apartment of 67m2 is located on the 6th floor of a new building in the heart of the new Fischer district, site of the converted former Fischer brewery.

It consists of a large main room with equipped kitchen, with crockery, open to the living room. A large corner sofa occupies the space giving direct access to the south-facing terrace thanks to a large bay window.

A high-speed fibre connection with wifi is available. The television is connected. You can connect to your Netflix account (remember to log out when you leave).

The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed 140x190. Linen is provided.

The bathroom has a bathtub, heated towel rail and a double sink unit with large mirror. Towels are provided. I invite you to use only the prepared one.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, and household products. Please respect their use, without over-consumption.

The separate toilet is equipped with a washbasin with the necessary products.

Small shops, including a Lidl for shopping, as well as restaurants are located at the foot of the building.
