Welcome to Nini's Home, a cozy chalet nestled in the peaceful setting of Schignano—perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay just minutes from Lake Como. Spread over two levels, the house accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Thanks to its location and mountain-style architecture, it stays pleasantly cool even in summer.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with barbecue and a terrace where you can unwind surrounded by greenery. Inside, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts to make you feel at home. Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit Komfort und idyllischer Lage.

Pros: Wir haben eine gastfreundliche Paola vorgefunden, ein sehr schön eingerichtes Ferienhaus in idyllischer, ruhiger Lage. Der Whirlpool war eine absolute Bereicherung. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes, charmantes Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht

Pros: Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe im Detail und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund ideal, mit einem riesigen Garten in dem sich unser Hund austoben konnte. Auch zum Wandern ideal, nur eine gute Stunde von zwei sehr schönen Aussichtspunkten über den Comer See. Vor allem auch einen großen Dank an Paola, eine sehr liebenswerte und tolle Gastgeberin, die sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohl erkundigt hat. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst.
