24 hour coffee? Nope! Breakfast? Nope they were out of everything and very slow to refill! Signs everywhere say 24 hour coffee but they don’t do it. Pay over $200 a night you expect better!

I am not sure why they would not be on top of their breakfast in the morning, but they seemed to now be refilling the items fast enough. I finally gave up and went to my room. They also have a ridiculous coffee machine that takes way too long.

The night desk attendant was a breath of fresh air. She had a great friendly disposition. The Wi-Fi did not work. Was unable to work from hotel which was the reason for the stay. Reported it to front desk at night and did not get fixed. I reported it again upon checkout and the desk attendant acted as if I was not telling the truth. Her attitude and response to my genuine concern was unacceptable.

The desk staff were very friendly. Maria, who on duty when we arrived took the time to jcome to our room to help us use the TV remote and was even more helpful solving the issue had with logging onto the hotel's wifi. My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.
