The rooms in the apartment are very bright, modern and traditional. Orientation of the eat-in kitchen on the east / south side, bedroom west / north side.

The location of the house is very central, very quiet in the middle of the village. Scharnitz has recently been bypassed, which has a very positive effect on the quiet and quality of life of the place.

Scharnitz the gate to the Karwendel is nestled in untouched nature right at the entrance to the Karwendel Nature Park.
From Scharnitz you can explore 3 large valleys, which are in the Natura 2000 protection.
From here you can also visit the Isar origin and the Isar springs by bike or on foot.
The Karwendel offers a large area of untouched nature with peaks, springs, rivers, forests and alpine areas.
